Daniel Francis “Robert” Lynch, age 81, of Collierville died Monday, January 25, 2010.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 AM, Thursday, January 28, 2010 in West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Memphis.
He was a decorated veteran of WWII and the Korean War, serving in the regular army.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, he retired as a Stationary Engineer for the state of New York, and moved to Arkansas, the Tennessee. He was a self published author, poet, and performer.
Mr. Lynch is survived by his wife of 31 years, Adelaide Lynch; a son: Daniel Frederick Lynch of NY; and sisters: Marie Malden, of NY, and Kathryn McVey, of New Jersey.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John J. and Anna Lehman Lynch, 3 brothers and 1 sister.
